These terms apply to your use of qorvelllc.com and to any order you place with Qorvel LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA (registered office: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110) (“Qorvel”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and information

We sell genuine brand-name products. Product names, images and descriptions are provided for information and reflect details supplied by the manufacturers; packaging and specifications may change from time to time. Product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners, and their use on this website does not imply endorsement.

2. Quotes and orders

Prices are provided on request. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing and receive payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs — in which case any payment is refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are shown on your quote or invoice. Payment is due in full before dispatch unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Shipping and risk

Delivery is described in our shipping policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns

Returns and refunds are handled under our returns & refunds policy.

6. Wholesale and trade orders

Trade orders may be subject to additional terms set out in the relevant quote or agreement. Products bought for resale must be resold in line with the brand owner’s policies, including any minimum advertised pricing.

7. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. All original content on this website, including text, design and the Qorvel name and logo, belongs to Qorvel LLC and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
