Our promise

• We source from established US wholesale suppliers and, as partnerships grow, directly from brands and their authorized distributors.
• We keep purchase records for the products we sell.
• We never sell products that have been altered, repackaged or tampered with, and we don’t knowingly sell expired or recalled items.
• We store and handle products in line with manufacturers’ guidance.

If you have any doubt

If you ever have a concern about a product you received from us, contact us straight away. We’ll investigate, and if we can’t satisfy you that the product is genuine, we’ll give you a full refund including shipping.
